Strange submitter, what to do?

I have never listed this guy's stuff yet because his link went into nowhereland... even emailed him telling to correct it.. and now it goes to adultwebmasteronline.com and tries to track the hits but it is either not set up correctly or an error.
Wondering if I'd list it and catch him on redirecting?

but won't work either, it is 404ing:

If you have a bot and like the gallery list it. The bot will detect if something funny happens.

I don't have a bot, only a 30 day free trial link, ranking checking etc. running to mid-october but I was faster and caught only 1 cheater in this 3 mo. so far.. but I am very picky when it comes to quality

Hmm,

I decided to list one of his galleries and nothing happened so far... it is clean, too and was done in Netscape like the above sample.

I would decline for "free email account"... gmail is google hotmail, so the person isn't exactly being direct with you.

The thumbs are HORRIBLE, squished to make size rather than cut to size. The images themselves are only so-so at best, lacking in color and definition.

Your on the 86th page submitted of the same thing. Looks like a serious mill operation gone bad. I wouldn't list it.

you are right as to the thumbs and I could list much better galleries but I won't approve those with consoles on the tour.. plus I was curious if he is willing to redirect it or why the counter script which is not working? He cannot make a dime with a gallery like that.

The free email is mine where the submissions are sent by default, he was using a normal addy btw, see sig

I ran a whois on adultwebmasteronline.com where he is hosting his script and it was registered in Tehran.. ?!
