IE6 View text size - and something else

My IE browser "View Text Size" keeps defaulting to "small" when I want "medium". I keep changing it but how do I get it to stick?

Also, when I open IE it comes up as a piddly quarter-screen thing which I have to resize. How do I get IE to open full screen every time?

Thank you

Don't know about the first one,but you can try this for full size.
Open IE ake it full then open another ie browser window make it full.
Close the first then the second. It should open full next time.

Thanks for your suggestion, Tiny,

Your method seems to work when I load IE from the toolbar, but links within Linkadmin (for example) still open in a downsized window.

I've a feeling that the parameters were set by a proggy I used in the past, but I haven't a clue which one, nor do I know how to correct it.

hi

open any page you want
then

1) open any link on this page in new window
2) close all others IE windows
3) set what you want in IE settings (font size etc.)
4) resize window to your desired size and position
for example if you want maximized then resize as much as you can on desktop but dont use this maximize button (next to red x)
5) now close this window using SHIFT + close button (red x upper right)

last step is to set your default settings for new ie windows
