Angry What a crappy day

We had plans to go to the beach and do some water pics and wet t-shirt pics so we go to bed at a decent time last night, and both of us sleep all night but we both woke up dead tired. We do our normal bike ride and when we get back all we want to do is go back to bed.

But we instead we go to Brett/Sammy’s since they live near the beach, and when we get there we find the beach is totally gone. We have seen it since Frances, but not since Jeanne. The stairs down to the beaches are all ripped to hell and the beach is non existent. If we wanted to get to the water we would have to slide down a 20’ cliff of rock/sand.

So instead of getting more content and having fun, we have been fighting sleep all day and are just in an all around crappy mood today. Now I find out I am losing a RB in FFL I have in 4 of my 5 leagues for 4 weeks due to suspension.

I just want to go back to bed and sleep until tomorrow.

So what you are saying is nature decided it was time to move the beach.

I just spent the last hour using gasoline to scrub tar off of the hood of my Vette. They are hot mopping my roof today and some of the tar got through a crack in the wood and dripped all over its hood.

I got it all off and everything looks good but the whole time I had visions of busting into flames and having a really bad day.

Sucks about the beach up there but the thing is the beaches are always moving. Same thing is happening down here.

I figure in only 100 years or so my house should be beach front property.

ugh, tar and cars do not mix. Is gas the best thing to use to get it off? I would think it would fuck up the paint.

I'm more in a crappy mood over how I feel, no reason to be feeling like I have not slept in days.

I had a little bottle of bug and tar remover but this was huge piles of hot tar that had dripped on the paint. My car is white so black tar really showed up.

Not suer if gas is the best thing to use but since I had a big can of it and it removed it I'm just happy to get it all off.

I washed it with car wash stuff real good after I used the gas to get off all the tar. I put the big pile of gas soaked rags out by the street far away from my house and the car looks fine.

I think we are all pretty fried from being in all these storms and in much need of some R&R.
