Bondage vs BDSM Question for LL's

Thus far the free sites I have built have been straight out bondage. Which fits nicely in the Bondage category for those of you who do not offer a BDSM category.

However, I'm sure the next site or so that I build will be BDSM.
To me, bondage and BDSM are vastly different things. And Femdom is an entirely 'nother thing. But are they to you?

Some of you just have a fetish category, and that is where I put all bondage, BDSM, or Femdom. Some of you have BDSM, which covers it all, in my mind. (Femdom being a micro niche of BDSM)

But those of you who just have a Bondage cat, is that limited to free sites that feature bondage only? Or can a person sub BDSM and Femdom under the Bondage cat as well?

Sorry if this is a no-brainer, but I'm a literal person, and to me, bonage equals someone tied/otherwise restrained. If I sub a free site of some chick getting needles shoved into her, and am promo'ing an extreme BDSM sponsor, is this bondage in your eyes?

I tend to throw it al in "bondage" as I'm not as up on what's what as I should be

I have a bondage category and a fetish category. All bondage goes in bondage, and all other fetishes I put in the fetish category. To be completely honest I always considered any type of 'punishment' or 'cruel treatment' bondage and then FemDom a sub-niche of bondage. But it seems like you know your stuff so I'd say it belongs in whatever category you submit to.

Thanks guys. From what I'm hearing you say, it's cool to sub stuff that may be more extreme than simple Bondage into the Bondage cat.

And that is all I wanted to know. 'Tis appreciated!

I made my category page a combination of BDSM and bondage - mostly just for SE keyword placement - although to me they are not interchangeable - bondage is a subset of bdsm - which is what the B stands for in BDSM - just as needle play, caning, spanking, tit clamping etc are sub sets of S&M

The domination (D) also would go in this category although I am splitting it out for gay bdsm and femdom (in the works right now)

For me, bondage falls under the BDSM category. Things like women smoking fall under Fetish.

So far for me, fetish is fetish... I have only broken out footfetish and pantyhose out on their own, as they get a bunch of submits.

Remember too, bondage WITH sexual penetration in the same image / video will get you rejected in some place (I am in Canada, I cannot normally list that stuff).

I don't think I have ever purchased content that has any kind of penetration. I've got some sets where a strap-on is poised to enter, but no actual penetration.

In my limited market knowledge, penetration isn't required in that niche. The kink is the draw, not sex, if that makes sense.

Yes, it makes a bunch of sense, but daily I get submissions that show bound females having intercourse or giving oral sex. Both of those situations are specifically non-consentual (bound woman cannot say no) and are illegal in Canada, based on ruling I have read.

My category is "Bondage and Discipline." I have a separate category for Femdom, and you could use Fetish for a catch-all.

We have BDSM, in which we put bondage, femdom etc and then fetish for other stuff like latex, feet, smoking etc.
