Critique my Free Site win a non-prize

I'm hoping to increase my non-existant sales and was hoping that someone would be kind enough to critique one of my free sites and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I'm not doing very well using the link lists and I'm afraid if I don't get some sales soon I will have to eat one of my cats...probably the one with the big juicy legs will go first.

1) At a quick glance I counted to more than 3 sponsor links per page.
2) The "dildo in ass" banner on the main page is probably considered blind at some LL's.
3) Odd gif banner in Gallery 1 is probably considered blind at some LL's.
4) Bottom horizontal banner in Gallery 2 is blind.
5) Gallery 3 - I don't know about the thumbs that are "attached" to the 2 banners.
6) Sponsor content.
EDIT: 7) Do you really want to sell hosting to a surfer? (the hosting link at the bottom)

There's some reasons why it might not get listed.

Clear your mind and surf to your own site, try to look at it from a surfers point of view.
They want PORN and they are looking for an "ENTER" and then something that says "GALLERY" - that will lead them to the porn.

If you do that, do you see your own ads?

The recips for Greeny and Smut Gremlins look huge for some odd reason. You have a site entitled 'Blonde Girl 3Some', but you have a banner for and Asian site on your index.

I'm doubting that an add with a box of tissues is going to sell memberships. That's a tad freaky.

You are attempting to market 'Intimate Playroom', 'FTV Girls', 'Intimate Playhouse', and 'Overcity Webhosting' all on the main page. This means that you are not effectively marketing any of them. Pick one and run with it.

You may also want to reconsider linking to anyone but Nasty Dollar's sites when using their content. They wouldn't be happy with that.

You just need to simplify the whole project. Pick one sponsor and link to them 2-3 times per free site page. Use text ads. Banner ads are excellent anchors for your own good sales text. Banners alone are crap.

Good wording too. Banners are anchors for one's ad copy. Indeed.

I looked at a few early sites with just banners haning out there and sparse text and wonder hwo the hell they got any sales at all.

Thanks so much, Im truly trying to put all these suggestions into effect (as you may have seen).

I'm also going to put it to work on my main site which will hopefully help me see a check or two.

I've got some great sites (I think) but for instance I didnt know about the Nasty Cash being played out..Im also getting the feeling Top Bucks and Cybernet are too considering both of these haven't moved a whole lot since I started promoting them.

Trial and Error...with an emphasis on the error I suppose - I'm truly thankful for the help. When I get enough testes I'll see what I can do to my main site to get some more sales.

Well, when one looks at the front page, you have a neat graphic that draws the eye. That is good. However, it draws the eye to your free galleries and not your sponsor. That is bad.

You are distracting from your ad copy with that in a big way.

That second banner has "ENTER" on it. Not good. Only enter should be your link to your gallery.

I know Cleo rejected my 2nd free site due to that and I never use any gaphics with ENTER on the entrance page.

I'm getting some scroll in mozilla with the browser sized at 800 wide.

Don't sell the free galleries, sell the sponsor.

Use that highlight graphic around a banner with text links instead of the galleries.

Text...much bigger and much more contrast.

On your main page you have put that big text to your galleries right smack in the middle and it draws my eye right to the free stuff.

YOU WANT TO SELL THE SPONSOR, NOT YOUR GALLERIES.

Why put those big thumbs (almost pic size) there flanking your gallery links??

Waste of bandwidth and totally draws my eye to your galleries instead of those small ads.

You need to reverse your thinking. You're in design mode- not sales mode.

The way you are highlighting your content- do that for your sponsor!
