TGP's and submitted galleries

Hi all. I recently have started a thumbnail tgp with quality sponsor hosted galleries. I do not have submitted galleries as of yet. Some say that I really have a fake tgp. I've thought a while and cannot answer this question: If you are not charging for gallery spots what is the benefit of taking gallery sumbissions? AFAIK they wont have my sponsor codes. Will they drive traffic? Will my recip show for someone that accesses that gallery from another tgp?

Bonus question: Is there any room for reasonable profit with a general/teen tgp? There sure are a lot of them.

what script you run?

I use comus and are currently running it in "prod-booster" and yes your traffic will increase with surfer submitted galleries, at least mine did

But I would recommend carefully watch their thumbs...some ppl dont know how to play with the auto-thumb-tool in comus and maybe the script you're using.

The better thumbs you have the better prod you'll have and the easier your traffic will grow.

Mine did grow very fast...in about a month it had grown from 20k to 60k/day and its still increasing.

Also I recommend getting rid of low prod trades even if they are your top trades.

There are two solid reasons for accepting submitted galleries.
1. It gives your TGP a much more and a wider array of content without you having to personally dig it up from sponsors.
2. You will receive traffic from your recips submitted galleries. Not a ton, but a more than you have now.

You make money by posting your own galleries high on your site where surfers will be clicking first, as well as from banner placement. Of course, if you are a heavy traffic trader don't bother using advertising at all because you won't be giving the surfers a chance to see it anyway. Traded traffic is low quality and requires much more traffic to produce a sale. I'd rather funnel the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's 404 traffic to my TGPs than get into the trading game again.
