I got a site rejected for the reason:

* annoying blinking text

Is this a new rule? Just curious. I just want to make sure not to submit sites with blinking graphics to you if it's going to cause rejections/problems.

I think that rule goes back to the days of Netscape when the <blink> tag was first added.

For the most part I don't care if something is animated to draw in attention but your site was really over the top.
