Mega-porn-links, can I submit?

I know they are taking only partner submissions. I applied to a month ago or so. I didn't get any email from them. But my harddisk crashed and I lost all my emails. I think I could lose unread email from Mega-porn-links.com.
When applying I used username - "maul" and email - "webmaster--sheiswet.com"

Yesterday I tried to apply for a second time with username "maul" and email "webmaster--sheiswet.com" but it said that this "maul" is already taken.
Could you please tell me is it my account or smb's else? If mine how can I retrieve password or whatever I may need to submit.

I did the same month ago or even month and half, and still got no mail from megapornlinks with approve or decline of my application. However, then I'd tried to apply again it was written that my username e-baka is taken already.
What does that mean? How long should I wait or probably I should forget of this ll?
