Dare, a question about marks-links

Hey Dare, I have a question about one of the newish rules, the one that goes:
"ALL .info .us. dot whatever but com and org are banned"

Everybody knows why the .info and .us, but you seem to be banning .nets, and allowing .orgs?

Is that right? Whats the reasoning behind that, I would figure .net is a better bet than .org, which is the non-profit class in theory?

I've got lots of .nets, as far as I understand it, .com and .net are the two legitimate general commerical classes.
