New tgp, need suggestions

Alright im new to the tgp game, and still a newbie in the business altogether, been doing this for about 8 months now and just starting up a tgp, http://www.alimebitch.com couldnt think of a name so I used my handle, now my biggest concern right now before i get submitters is building the traffic and getting bookmarkers, I want people to come back, whats the best way to get alot of decent traffic for cheap and keep the surfer there?
