Who Wants Toon/Anime Submits?
Since Earl doesn't have a Filthy Fucking Cartoons category (FUCKER) and Javes isn't open yet, I find myself with some openings for new LLs to submit Toon/Anime free sites to. You must accept clean looking text recips. Who wants 'em?
