Explain this to me like I am a 2 year old

I own www.gorgeousboys.com , It is a paysite. I have an affiliate program. I NEED TRAFFIC. I hear the best way to get traffic is to trade. Ok, who do I trade with? What are hardlinks? do i get into LL's, TGPS? Alot of what I read ont his board seems to be LL's & TGPS. Do alot of webamsters on here have paysites? or do you all just promote paysites? so many questions in my head. Most of the time if I get a response to my questions, they are very vague answers, that lead me to more questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Explain it to me like I am a 2 year old.

affiliate tour? there is a small tour on the site. whether a surfer comes right to my site or through an affiliate banner, they see the same thing, should some thing be different, did you glance at the site? I appreciate the help.

you could also attend OTB tomorrow --look in the morning for the announcement.. that way you could meet webmasters, other paysite owners etc.. and they would help you.
