Javes is NOT partner-only
With all of the hub-bub about preferred submitters accounts at Javes, there seems to be some confusion about how the site works. It is not partner-only. It most definately accepts open submissions. So, feel free to submit your free sites.
In any event, Javes gets more daily partner submissions than Filthy Earls gets open submissions. Cocksuckers.
