Do I need one on every single page of a freesite? Not a big deal to put one in, but frankly I dont really see the point as long as the index got it... I have not been putting them on every page... is that rejectamuggalable?

No, they aren't necessary.

The proposed law states something along the lines of "every entrance page" so you'd need one on the warning page for sure & on the gallery pages if you were sending TGP traffic directly to those pages.

I've seen them on every page & just on the index - and since it's just a proposed law, no one really knows what the final ruling will be.
