Google Adsense on Free Sites

Adsense has some pretty kick butt payouts per click but they only allow 4 or 5 links per ad - meaning it is over the standard 3 - does this count as one banner or 4 banners?

Regarding Free sites

It counts are "material from a third party that you don't control", and just like banners in an iframe or similar, findpics would not accept it.

And google Adsense don`t allow ad on adult sites. Even on warning pages.
