Need a site protected - and protected right? Many thanks to Ray at Strongboxxx!

I am new here ( In unison:

Hi N00B! ), but I thought I would give thanks where thanks is due...

I just got a site of mine protected with Strongboxxx, and Ray took care of things personally. So far it does exactly what what he said it will do.

No better thank you than a public thank you...

strongboxxx is cool.. it will stop most auto downloaders. But it's not perfect. Give me an account to your site, and I'll send you your site as .zip

Stiff, although Strongbox designed primarily to
protect against
dictionary attacks and password trading rather than site rippers,
do not assume that if you've seen one Strongbox site
you've seen them all.
First, most sites using Strongbox use only the first of
3 levels of protection that Strongbox can privide against
site rippers. I can say with a high degree of confidence that
if a webaster takes a few minutes to make use of all
of the ripping protections of Strongbox it would be impossible
to write software that would effectively download the whole site.
At least, to do so would require an anti-cloaking
breakthrough that Google's engineers haven't been able
to come up with after many years of trying.
If you've managed to spider a fully cloaked Strongbox
site using it's full anti-slurp capabilities I'd like to hire you.

I've only seen one site using strongboxxx, but it wasn't hard ripping it's contents. (not gonna name it here though..). But you're right, I haven't seen your product in its full glory.

Perhaps you should put up a fake site and make a competition out of it. Would be a nice way to test your product

All security requires a balance between ease of use and protection. Strongbox strikes a good balance of making things easy for my customers and still keeping out the attackers.
