search.msn weird ....

Sometimes it will return something like "page 1 of 85 results containing site:hadafew.com (0.08 seconds)" but when I check "next" it gives the final 4 of 14 results!! Currently it's showing just 7 so the above doesn't apply. Whatever - I've got 2 questions: 1) Why would it indicate 85 results but return only 14? 2)Why is it now returning only 7 results? tia |

Most likely there are more pages on the same domain. So you may have 14 links listed to 85 pages.

Every page that I want to be indexed is linked to the index page and/or category pages (over 200 pages in all). It just strikes me as odd that msn would not
1) index all required pages 2) return an accurate count of pages indexed |

eman - MSN is doing an update right now and the results are really screwed up for some reason - Id give a few days and see if they get it fixed
