Please suggest a good tour designer

I am really looking at what other designers are out there, and more of your experiences with them and results.

Generally its the inhouse designs that have given us the best results (not even done by a designer!), but with a few more sites coming up we really want to work with a designer who can design tours that both look good and convert. We have had some stunning looking tours designed, but in most cases have dropped them because they simply don't convert

Any suggestions of designers you have worked with who have produced results with their work would be greatly appreciated

Urb. Every piece of his work I have seen has been not only high quality, but actually appeared to CONVERT rather than just be pretty.

Thats exactly what I am after, and ultra pretty not converting is in line with my experiences aswell.

While I don't have a site to worry about tour designs with, I am sold on urb. He's done some stuff for me that just rocks.
