The Help Desk..How it works
I think I need to make it clear to everyone how the help desk works. When you guys have a problem with a sponsor, fill out your complaint with on the help desk. What I will need is all your correspondence with that sponsor. And I especially need the sponsor's email address you are using.
The day, I receive a complaint, I write to the sponsor and ask them to handle the situation. I explain that the help desk is a service so people do not post complaints on our board. Here is what you will here...from me, nothing. Assume I have the complaint and have forwarded it to the sponsor. Give the sponsor 10 days to reply to you. If you hear nothing after 10 days, by all means, post on our board your problem with the sponsor and mention that you attempted the help desk solution. I personally know a lot of sponsor owners and I try to contact them. If they ignore me and you...there is something wrong. Please...make sure you did not attempt to cheat the sponsor. Make sure you have tried everything including the help desk. 9 out of 10 times the help desk works...sometimes, not. |

If the sponsor you are complaining about is a sponsor listed here http://www.greenguysboard.com/main/welcome.html Never post derogatory comments about them. Contact me or Greenguy and we will handle it. Even if you tried the Help Desk and it did not work. We are very loyal to our sponsors. We will not put up with them having to deal with anything derogatory on our board. |
