What's the best iFriends style videochat software?

I have a friend who wants to set up a nonadult videochat-for-pay system, where content providers would run videochatrooms, and bill out minutes for the customers they attract to their video streams.

Anybody have any opinions on what the best software options are to run such a thing? The only thing I've seen in the few minutes I've been researching this is the Ultravid Firecracker software which licenses out at about 1k$ per content provider. Thats a bit pricy for nonadult. Are they any other cheaper softwares available?

I know there are a fair number of general videochatroom community softwares, the critical need here is for software that tracks minutes for billing.
