Resubmitting freesites

after checking thru some of my mirrored warning pages, i have came upon some with pr 3s and pr4.

i usually put 8 recipts in them, so my question is, would adding 4 more recipts and resubmitting them get me higher keyword placement and i guess higher pr?

I'm confused. Resubmitting to whom? The link lists you're already listed on, or the new ones you add, in which case it wouldn't really be re-submitting.
