Is acceptable to put geoip funsigns on some page on FS ( for exemple on main page of free site) ? Do LL owners accept sites with geoip funsigns?

I've seen them on free sites, but not the hotlinked dynamic super duper geo ones. Never use dynamic content that is controlled by a third party, even if it involves nude babes with perfect tits.
