Is there an possibility for me to get my domain unbanned?
if the answer is "no" then could you please at least tell me - which link lists I wouldn't be listed at if I'm banned at bl.usefulscripts.com?

or maybe someone could tell me - where i did such great mistake?

Hmmm.... I guess no one will answer me...

It's strange system, because sites that I submitted to Link-o-Rama got listed mostly. And when I started to submit to guy using bl.usefulscripts stuff too he just banned me. And now I can't submit to Link-o-Rama, while GG is satisfied with quality of my sites.
Where is logic?

I know that my English is bad, but when I'm working on my sites I do my best to make it good.

p.s. Is there any chance for me to get unbanned or am I just beating the air? I don't want to submit my sites to link lists using bl.usefulscripts stuff except for Link-o-Rama, because I'm afraid of getting banned again.

I have no idea exactly why your banned.

But, all those sites looked pretty much alike.
(Which can get you banned after some time)

You need at least 30 completly (I can't stress completly enough) different templates.
Not just one that you change the ads and the colors on.
