Help with my first MGP

Hi everyone.. I had such good advice when posting my first TGP that I couldn't resist coming back to get some on my first MGP. I think our site is more conducive to MGP since it is VileHabitVideo not VHVidscaps

I know there is a centering issue, I tried using div align as recommended before after the /head tag, but it didn't work on this page for some reason. I'll look into it, but I just wanted to get some pointers on MGPs before I start submitting.
I know that mpgs are more prevalent, but wmv was all I could use with the version of premiere I'm using, for some reason.
