Anybody from CCBill? I need help

I need your help

I hope someone is posting here and will help me out... my account is one big mess but when reporting bugs the form letter reply is asking me if I can make the same mess again, well I don't want to do that.

Now it stopped adding the programs I signed up while emailing me a few ref IDs for them and even worse things do happen to me.

I need help!

I am not certain if I fully understand the issue you are experiencing. Would you happen to have any of the Bug IDs that you would have been provided with when submitting these issues? If these are no longer available, please contact using the information below and we will be happy to assist you.
