First site?
I have basically finished my site, for about the billonth time now. I am pretty happy with it. I am getting better and faster. I have promoted it. Should I keep promoting before building the next or should I move on?

Your main site or what? You can keep promoting Your first "main site" while building new ones and use the old site to promote new sites and vice versa. If it is Your first "free site" to submit to LL's, just keep pumping them out and pretty much forget about the old ones
