Blogs being moved to Googles blogs search

I was reading on another forum (mainstream) about people having problems with their blogs (especially WP blogs) being moved from the main index in Google to their blog index - where there is virtually no traffic.

Anyone know more about this or the best way to avoid it?

I haven't noticed that with my blog... yet... but, for better or for worse, I don't use WP.

I think that rumor surfaces about every six months but, as of yet, I have yet to see any affects that would suggest that it is true.

I would be interested in "seeing" some of the affected sites as I'm sure there would be a much more plausible explaination as to what is going on.

I love to hear the voice of experience

I got the feeling from the context of the discussion that they were blogs that were 100% feed driven and closer to splogs used for adsense.

That just gets into a low quality content issue.

Those sites should feel lucky they're getting all that blog traffic.
