Is it ok to use vidcaps in a freesite promoting webcams?

Interesting question I know for regular niches but for webcams hm...( I dnon't think it's allowed)

Some do have a sub-rule where they accept different pics for webcams sites - as always, you'd have to read the rules (but assume the answer is No if you see nothing about webcams in the rules)
