Submitting Free Movie Sites

I have only made a few free movie sites and I'm wondering if you can submit to regular categories on most link lists or do you have to list in the movie category? I know GG has a seperate niche movie category, but most lists do not.

I just submit them to the proper niche unless they have a specific movie catgegory for that niche. I've had zero problems.
