Whats the best way to go of listing paysites on link lists?
Should I submit them one by one?

The best way is to post some examples of your hosted free sites for everyone to take a gander at - then you might find that the LL owners pick up your paysites all at once

You're probably better off asking them to sign up for the program - otherwise, you're putting links on your index page & since it's a paysite, those are just traffic leaks.
