Need help on traffic trading in TGP

hi, I have started a TGP few weeks ago and it was hosted in Hostgator.com. I used comus thumb to build and rotate all the thumbnails and use turbo traffic trader to skim traffic for trading.

And here is the email I received from hostgator staff
Quote:
I'm sorry that Ford did not notice, but we do not allow any kind of
Autosurf/Traffic Exchange applications/schemes on our hosting. Please
remove this application as soon as possible otherwise we may be forced to
suspend your account.

Best Regards,
Dmitry Dovidenko

Does it mean traffic trading software like turbo traffic trader or sloth traffic trader are not allowed at all in hostgator hosting site? or because I used comusthumb as it decoded all my thumbnail outbound link.

Anybody has any idea on this? I am happy with hostgator hosting and have no plan to move to others. Any solution on this? or can I use external application like xclicks?

Please advice..... thank you

I think that you should switch host to a host that understands the adult biz, you and your sites will benefit from that, in the long run.

I have Hostgator too but I'm shopping around for a new host because Kaktusan scripts don't work well there. I haven't had a problem with traffic scripts but probably because I haven't had enough traffic to get noticed. I did have a site that was shut down by them for a while because one gallery was getting too much traffic (4000 in one day - I don't think that's much traffic at all).
I don't know if I would have these problems on any shared server or if it is unique to Hostgator. They are otherwise reliable and respond quickly on support issues.
