I dont really complain to much but
I had brighthouse come out to install new cable. They were 2 hours late, no big deal, there always late and its almost expected. These are independent contractors from brighthouse. When they hot here there was a furious banging on the door (probally what a swat team sounds like). The baby was sleeping and woke up screaming from the banging (also no big deal as shit happens). Then the guy comes in and starts going through our house before he even said who he was with ( i knew he was with brighthouse but still some common manners could have been used). Then he gets really frustrated that theres no prevoius cable hook up in the living room (took him 5 mins to run a new cable wire). Then while we were in the living room we heard him arguing with his helpers outside (fuck u this and fuck u that, then a ladder was thrown out into the road). All This was going on while my neighbors were outside. We signed there invoice reluctantly (we really wanted to tell them to fuck off). After they left we went outside and noticed, where they installed the cable they knocked over our chairs and, some how knocked the screens out of two of our windows. I can let a lot of stuff slide, but thats fucked up. Were going to file a formal complaint. I dont know how much good that will do considering there independant contractors.

I feel better now that i had my ramble of the day
