House Bill 139 - Dangerous bill
It seems that the CP80 group is behind this.
 House Bill 139 introduces civil penalties if a minor is able to access pornography over public wireless. http://www.sltrib.com/Opinion/ci_8226910 ps. I know there was an older thread relating to this. |
