what's the goal of your site? Is it to be a pay site or a social network?

I looked at it a little longer, and it looks like you're going to charge strippers and escorts to post a video, bio, and picture? First month free? That seems like a tough concept to break into. Webpages are highly available and also there's craigslist, myspace, and facebook for that...I'd do away with the frames on the city pages.

I wasnt real sure what the site was, but after looking ot over its going to be a "escort" directory or some type of girl directory at a fee. My advice is to maximize the design for ad space, and drop the fee. As EM stated above there are plenty of places that cater to this already for free. If you give them the listing for free and require a link back to the site..you may do better through adverts. Just my 2 cents.

Good first shot at a website but like they said, there's lot's of known sites that already do that without even trying really. Also, the odds that a surfer will not only land on your page but also have a desire to have sex with those girls and just happen to be in the local area on top of it.

Looks like districtcuties.com is doomed.|goodideaWait a sec...You could turn it into a big, cool amateur, reality or even an all black porn site! You can sign up with a sponsor that has decent amateur/reality/black content, build sites within districtcuties.com and submit them to green guy,penisbot.com etc. and start getting a mad amount of traffic to your sponsors and make good cash! Think about it...Districtcuties.com,a porn site loaded with pics and movies of hot black ghetto chicks. You can even get all ignorant with the logo and use a graffiti font and a brick wall background or something like that.
Maybe it ain't the best idea|badidea| You might not be interested in the porn aspect of the adult biz by the looks of it.I just saw your site and thought of what you can do to make a few bucks with it.Anyhow ,good luck dude.

I think in many cases today, the main question is not site design but marketing. Okay, design considerations aside, you've completed the site but how are you going to acquire traffic for it? Like Star Man said there are many competitors doing the same thing. I don't want to "piss in your corn flakes" but that is something you can't overlook.
