I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to this sitiuation. This jerk copied my gallery. Is there anything I can and should do? I purchased the pics and I doubt he did as well. Shall I make the content provider aware? What else can I do?

Notify the content provider.

Send an e-mail to the webmaster.

Send an e-mail to the webmaster's host.

Send an e-mail to the affiliate that is being promoted with the stolen content.

Find out where the webmaster lives and beat the hell out of them.*
