Need help with Traffic Trades

What have you guys found to be the best traffic trades around. I'm looking for good traffic that converts as opposed to quantity. This is new to me, so I can use all the help I can get and while I am learning a lot of the terminology, please try and explain out as much as you possibly can instead of using a ton of acronym's, lol. This is Traffic for dummies, I being the dummy, LOL. Seriously though, please help, I'm a fairly new webmaster and I am trying to get some serious converting traffic to our sites, so I need to know the types of traffic to look at, as well as some good recommendations on where and who to buy from.
