Sorry to bump so old thread - but what would sponsors say about sharing our free movie content on a site like that? Would it be a big NO from their side?

status report on hst whats going on...

We are in contact now with the big programs and with a lot others and getting content from the sponsor itself for advertising. We going that route where we give revelant banners to the video. So when we know what video comes from which sponsor we going to show their banners and do affiliate to sell their content. We pay the bandwidth costs and give them 'free' video marketing. Looks like they gonna like it.

The webmaster when uploads the video should place a link to the sponsor or a website where links points to the paysite.

Also, when somebody able to send atleast 1000 hits to a video or a network for a video (u can plug with an uniq id) he will able to place their banners too, what will be showed for their users. So basicly, if you are a sponsor or working for sponsor and you have the traffic, but dont want to pay for bandwidth costs, you can send traffic with your id to hardsextube, and your banners will be showed. Like an easy just upload instant generated movie gallery what is ready to have hits.

We also have a gui for editing rss preferences for filtering videos for feeding blogs.

When you give a hit to a video page, you instantly get a backlink (referer toplist under on each video). So if you post lot of different videos, you get tons of permanent backlinks.

You should signup for traffic trading, becouse all hits on a toplist, what showed on every video page.

About embending, is that not ture anymore our player is without ads, we have one into it, and revelant videos after the video. So when you embend you can also send hits to our site. We need this becouse of bandwidth costs. But you are granted to embend our videos in a large scale becouse we have ads in.

Now we have channels for organizing your videos belonging to one paysite or a sponsor/network. You can easy do niche targeted video marketing. Also we have a network for trading and feeding new sites what sending hits to us.

So if you want to get involved in the tube biz and the way how videos are converting this is the right time to start cooperating with tube sites for smooth traffic.

It's not a matter of change and your attempt at being condescending is fucking weak. It's a matter of tube sites employing horrible marketing strategies and a scheme which is best known for content theft. Webmasters like change and want to be ahead of the game, but you can't blame people for not embracing the tube concept with open arms. If tube owners showed some level of intelligence and restraint, you wouldn't see everyone else bitching. Tube sites need to keep their vid length in check. AND they definitely need to only use content with the permission of the sponsor WHILE displaying the ad for that sponsor.

Change is a beautiful thing till it blows up in your face. There may be a lot of money in it right now. But don't forget there is also a lot of money in going after these types of sites with lawsuits. YouTube literally has billions of dollars set aside just for legal fees.

Also, 2257 regulation has yet to really set an example out of anyone. Seems to me like tube sites would be a prime target. You're basically reissuing adult content without any documentation of the models ages. If thats not a complete violation of 2257 regulations than I don't know what is. Even if you're not running out of the US, I'm sure a lot of your sponsors are and they'll be pulling out quick the second they hear the word "2257 infractions". This is exactly the type of bandwagon that American lawmakers love to jump on and when they do, they'll make an example out of anyone they can.

Tube sites may be going down the tube next. For the most part, people just use sites like this to post a sponsor's free videos while displaying a bunch of PPC banners that are not for the sponsor who provided the content in the first place. Leeches!
