How do I change the "title"?

Under my Name I have a simpsons quote, which is no biggie, but I see some here and other places that have custom quotes and I was just wondering how they changed them, is that an admin only feature?

Once you hit 500 posts (which is when the Simpsons quotes run out) you can pick your own

AHHHHHH.... So now I have a goal!

BTW, I would have had almost 600 or so post had the board not crashed... I demand a recount!
