Has the hoes submit page been down for a few days for yall too?

Just wondering... I get this.

A fatal error has occured:

Unable to add advert. Reason: Could not connect to database. Reason: at /var/www/hoes/cgi-bin/xql/admin/Plugins/Add_RandImage.pm line 68.

Please enable debugging in setup for more details.
