Yup, the Garage Sale continues and the ladies also decided to have a Jewelry Party in the middle of it. Good idea on their part - this way, people can buy crap jewelry as well as some of my used crap

I'm having an interesting battle on Facebook with a friend that thinks Romney paying 13% in income taxes is ok since he's rich & the amount he pays is much higher than the amount us 35% people pay

We had big yard sales for three weekends after moving to the Keys and realizing there was no way everything we brought with us was going to fit in the space we had at first. The early morning raiders and end of the day vultures were the worst to deal with, but aside from that we actually sold a lot of stuff at good prices. Hope yours turns out well, Greenie.

The older I get the less time I spend debating politics, taxes, religion or anything similar with those who disagree with me. I actually do like talking about those topics, but I prefer to do it with people who agree with me. Probably not the best way to create more converts, but it does cut down considerably on the time I'd otherwise waste planning how to destroy someone.

No garage sales or politics here today.

Getting ready to go to the grocery store and then going to spend most of the day doing laundry and cleaning house.

Just signed up for snorkeling tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'm well enough to actually swim out to the reef.

36°C/98°F here today and tomorrow will be warmer than today. Not my kind of temperatures... I spent half an hour outside with the son playing with the sprinkler, that's enough for today

We have to go to yet another baby shower in an hour and tomorrow the annual fun fair is starting in my birth town so I should be drinking alcohol from 10 am or so in the blistering heat.

Morning all.

Slept in this morning, so just getting moving with a cup of coffee. No garage sales here either, but we do have the heat. It is also humid today, so I'm having to run the AC again. It has been so humid this month, I'm having a feeling we are going to have a 300$+ electric bill.

Renderotica had their bank shut down their credit card processing, and they are working on getting a new one. I suggested a few companies, but they are talking to some banks. Another hit on our income, as our 3D Chronicles were doing pretty good.

They hope to have it back up by late next week. Those banks don't seem to like monster, alien, and robot sex. At first they took down all the products that had those elements (like our monster chronicles) but even doing that they said no deal. Yea, but you will process theaters that sell tickets to movies like Saw. Double standard anyone?

@Greenie make lots of money at your sales, and hope we all do on our site.

Working while watching motocross on tv, then a nap, more motocross, another nap followed by dinner and going to the theater tonight.

It was a very good idea to do the jewelry party during your garage sale.
