Applying for multiple submit accounts

Hi All,

I have been getting "partner account" emails from apparently different people but the emails looked all the same, so I started keeping them. Sure enough more and more of them were coming in so I began to check whois and sure enough it was the same person.

Gradually over time his emails got better, I was watching him grow (LOL). Now he includes other so called partner accounts he has, which I have confirmed with a couple of those sites that in fact this person DOES have accounts there!!!

Anyway, here are snips from some of the emails I mentioned, and there are many more;

He has been trying to apply for a partner account at all my sites for the longest time.. under many different names, such as:

My name Andrew Norton.
ICQ=226042860
prefername: Sender
preeferpassw: XmasteR

Again, the whois information on the older requests all show the same person, now the emails come in looking exactly the same, and I mean exactly, but now the whois is getting different... he is getting better.

Just figured I would finally share this info.
