Question to Cleo and mb

hi

My sites were offline yesterday because of my hosting (sitevalley)
problems. And today i noticed that all my sites i've listed on your link lists disappeared

Is there any way that my sites can be back on you lists?
can i submit them all at once, send you a list of them or rather not?
i hope it was one time problem with this hosting because i use them from january and never had any troubles with them
