9 complaints with the BBB in the last 3 years? That is freaking brutal..

"Brutal" ....Get serious ...9 complaints in 3 years aint jack! BTW All 9 were resolved...that's exceptional in itself.

This company is not just listed with the BBB....it is a member of the BBB. Now...what does that tell you? Probably nothing, cuz if you knew anything about business you would know that 9 complaints is minor and to become a member of the BBB you have to "be free from an unusual volume or pattern of complaints and law enforcement action involving its marketplace conduct."

Just to give you an idea:
Register.com 82 complaints
Sears 17 complaints
louddomain 27 complaints
Network Solutions 10 complaints (all unanswered)

I could go on and on...

This company has been a member of this Better Business Bureau since March 2002 and offers website services and products including domain registration.

"Based on BBB files, this company has a satisfactory record with the Bureau. When evaluating complaint information, please consider the company's size and volume of business. The number of complaints filed against the company may not be as important as the type of complaints and how the company handled them. "

Well, those other businesses you are listing are about 4 million times larger then website.ws. I for one have never heard of you, but the others I have.. I know of several businesses that have been members of the BBB for much longer then 3 years, and have never ONCE had a complaint.. so.. to me 9 seems high..

1 in the last 12 months isn't too bad though... looks like you may have had a rough start.

Just wondering why these issues weren't resolved without the customer even having to contact the BBB... anyway.. just an observation.
