TGP Trades & General Questions

OK I am looking at getting my tgp back up and rolling again here soon. I am curious what you tgp owners think the best way to build traffic is. I have heard from some who say you don't skim any of the gallery links, while others say skim 50% or more to build the traffic. What do you guys think?

Also what trade scripts and TGP management scripts do you like. I think I own licenses to Comus, the JMB one and TGP Devil. I also have a license to TM3 but I have never had good luck with it in the past for trading.

Any advice you can give me would be great, just looking to keep growing my list of sites.

EDIT: Also do you think text link or thumb link TGP is converting the best? With the new 2257 stuff I was thinking about going text link.
