About Recent 2257 Changes

According to the latest regulations we're both primary and secondary producers. We feel strongly about the personal privacy rights of people and we're concerned about some very obvious safety issues, so we do not intend to release any information regarding the real names and addresses of the models/performers (the "people") featured on our site or used in our marketing materials. We haven't supplied any content to our affiliates yet, so this should not cause problems for anyone.

We have banners that include explicit images and others which do not, and we'll be adding both kinds in the future. We know that many non-USA webmasters would prefer to use more explicit banners so we'll continue to provide them. We won't be releasing any information on the people shown in our banners either, so affiliates in the USA will need to decide for themselves whether to use explicit banners.

We intend to move more strongly into 'hosted' marketing, like the new hosted free sites we began offering last month. We'll continue adding more hosted sites every week, and we'll begin offering hosted galleries in July. None of these will require our affiliates to maintain records on the people shown in the sites and galleries. We'll maintain all required records, just as we've always done, and all compliance links will point to our own 2257 information. I guess the bottom line is that we'll be carrying on as usual here.
