Need advice on getting the user in chat?

Ok well things are going better. We are seeing allot more traffic. Almost double and rising every day, which is great. Anyway I noticed not many viewers are comming into the chat. How would you guys sell them on that? Your years of wisdom are much appreachated, if not for this site I don't think I would even have the traffic now. Not that its allot but growing is always good

Got it lol thanks UW. I should just use your advice on text for everything lol. give the idiots text on what to do and they will follow like sheep. lol we ran a test today and just placed up text telling users to enter a nickname and start chatting with this model. Well a few minutes later the wife had 5 people in the room talking lol.
