Back for a little while

Well some of you know my father-in-law is here and that’s why I have not posted much. Shit, have not had much time to work either. Anyway we have been hitting the tourist crap lately, hit NYC yesterday. Man I'll tell you he is a nice guy but yesterday I almost had enough with biting my tongue for the last 2 weeks. We went to the museum of natural history yesterday, my wife and I got in for free being I am still officially in the military. He claims its discrimination because we were charged for his ticket. I explained that some places in the US give discounts to the military as a way of saying thank you. He said "Yes and that’s discrimination!" When I explained that the military in the US is a volunteer military and that is why some give the discounts, he just did not understand. He said "Why are you any different then me?" I said cause members of the military volunteer to possibly die for their country, in hopes of making a better life for themselves and their families. He still did not get it. I just shut my mouth and said "ok well you have a good point", and then when we were walking I was thinking to myself, what the fuck is wrong with this guy. I paid for his fucking ticket anyway, so he got in for free either way. |shocking|
