My domain in usefulscripts blacklist

Somebody putted my domain (siteswithporn.com) in above mentioned blacklist, with reason: Bogus whois.

I don't know who did this, but I would like to know on what this accusation is based. Every word in the whois is correct btw. You can even use the telephone number (country code for Belgium is 33 I believe).

It might be Greenguy who putted me in the blacklist. I'm not sure. But a few days ago I had a site on that domain listed on LOR, and now it's gone.

Might be the fact that your using one of your sites NS2.ABESBEAUTIES.COM as your domain server.
Many link lists do not like this

Thanks for the answer Meatpounder.
Even if that is the reason then it doens't mean that it is a 'bogus' nameserver. I can assure you it isn't.
If they don't like that kind of nameserver to me then that's OK for me; it's their site. And I find it even OK if they would put that domain in a private blacklist.
But I don't like them to put wrong information in a public place. I think this is irresponsable and even not legal.
Putting an entry "bogus ..." in a public blacklist implies that I could be a cheater which I know I ain't.
It also implies that another linklist, that uses this blacklist, will probably not look at my site, even if he doesn't care about that nameserver thing.
I made an appeal on the blacklist yesterday. I wonder ...

Strangely, I agree with you, if that is the case. I use personalized nameservers too. With some hosts, like my current one, there is no choice but to create your own.

thats why if your a LL reviewer you gotta watch, only bad thing about have a domain as a NS is that it takes more to find out where your hosted and legit, also I just ran your your whois info and what I get is incomplete info, and I probably would list you either....

all I get is a strange first name and thats coupled with a domain thats a name server, to me you look like a resurfaced cheater, (nothing personal)

FIX your info...

Can you tell me what is incomplete Plateman? I see nothing missing: (http://whois.domaintools.com/siteswithporn.com)

The strange name you mean probably is Wafe.
Just look a bit further. There you will see my name in the format name, firstname.

Under IP loaction you can see where the domain is geographically hosted.

And again, I do not contest the fact that I am not listed.
But I do contest that false information about me is given on a public place. False information that implies that I could be a cheater.
This is irresponsable and illegal.

Thanks UW. I never would think that you are a cheater for this.
I have a little TGP myself and I verify whois every day. And I know that a lot of cheaters use domain nameservers.
But if some bank robber uses a mercedes, then for me this doesn't mean that all people with a mercedes are robbers.

I try to make my sites compatible for both IE and FF. But I don't know how I should make my whois entry compatible for all domain tools .
You should give domaintools a shot. It's complete, though sometimes a little slow.

I didn't think you considered me to be a cheater. And perhaps even the person who putted me in that blacklist didn't think that. There's a good chance he putted me in the blacklist just to avoid having to review my sites as he knew he would have to reject them anyway.
And if he would do this in a private blacklist: no problem, I could even understand it.
But when you put things like that in a public and shared blacklist, things change. You have to realize then that the only thing other people see is "bogus ...". They know nothing about the background. The only conclusion they can make is that the owner of that domain could be a cheater.

Actually you've done an incomplete whois search for the domain...if you read dnsstuff when an incomplete record comes up you have to follow the link they provide:

For complete domain details go to:

That is a legit whois information. Granted, he is from Belgium and you should demand some waffles before letting his submits go through, but other than the personalized nameserver (which some hosts give you no other option)...that looks as legit of a whois as it comes.
