Im finally going to do it, Im submitting my first free site tomorrow. For some reason I am very nervous about it. Ive been putting it off for over a month. I think Ive read enough how-to's and posts here at GG & Jims to understand the basic free site build.

index / warning page (/folder/index.html - no hardcore - no mirror index22.html's)
main page (/folder/main.html - 3 outgoing links max)
gallery 1 (/folder/gallery1.html - 10 pix min - 3 links max)
gallery 2 (/folder/gallery2.html - same as above)

no blind or misleading links
no fpa's before the content
no pics on html pages
recip on index / warning page (i went with custom text recips)
good unique title
good unique description
good unique content
2257 compliant content with a 2257 info page

It took me about 8 hours from selecting the pictures to uploading and testing everything. I ended up using some content I bought... ages ago instead of sponsor content. the problem with non-sponsor content is that alot of sites dont want you to use your own content to promote their sites for obvious reasons (surfer expects to see model on gallery in members area).

Im only submitting my first free site to 12 link lists.

I probably have a snowballs chance in hell of getting listed on most / any of those sites but... it will get my feet wet. Im going to be adding to my submit list today and on friday I will submit another site to 24 link lists. Then Monday 36, etc... until I get quite a few to submit to and I get a little quicker and better at kicking out free sites. Im starting by submitting 1 every 2 days. Once I get that handled I will submit daily.

I decided to put my own link list dreams on hold for now and just work on submitting my own free sites and learning the ropes. If you have a link list and you need some submissions (I understand theres no garauntee my sites will be approved) post your url and Ill add you to my list.

Ok, Im done blabbing on about stuff that noone cares about Just sort of talking things out in my head. Maybe an experienced submitter will post something that this newbie hadnt considered.

Sounds like you have a good plan WB! Don't be nervous about submitting though, if you find you didn't get listed at some sites you can come back here and they will tell you why.

Very solid advise, but you know what... even after more then a year of submitting I still get a nervous twinge when I go to press that submit button. Especially the Whoring Wives submit button.

If you are worried about getting listed, and since you have already built and uploaded it, give a link and most of these good people will tell ya if its ready or not and why. Plus some usually give quotes like "I would list it" and that will relieve some nerves at least posting those lists.

Thanks for all the well wishes guys (and girls). Im going to skip the review process for my first submission. Ive actually had a review already but chickened out on the actual submitting part lol.

Ive done all my homework, surfed a bunch of free sites,read a bunch of rule pages, read the "why didnt my site get listed at" posts, and theres nothing left to do but start submitting. Most of the link list rules are basically the same with a few minor exceptions (some dont like certain words, some dont like certain sponsors or niches, etc...).

Anyways, I harvested a few more link lists from this thread and a few others today so I only need 5 more to make it to 24 for fridays submission.

I went from worried when I wrote this post to enthusiastic after I read all the replies. I cant get over how cool Greenguy and Jims is (I hope it doesnt sound like Im kissing up). I keep expecting to get flamed or have someone insult my intelegence or whatnot but it just doesnt happen here. Its a very unique place. Allows me to be... me

I still get nervous after nearly five months of almost daily submissions, and just yesterday I screwed up about ten of my submits because I wasn't concentrating properly.


I can recommend the service offered by the LL owners who've replied here. I submit to SmilingPussyLinks, Liquisexxx, SuesSexySites, and ThisDepravedWorld. Always friendly and quick to help a new submitter get it right.

I see you have Mr Yum's Free Porn Post already on your list. He'll put you straight with any problems with your sites. He's good like that.

Well... Its done. I ALMOST chickened out but I finally just said hell with it. Whats the worst that can happen right?

Hey Fonz, I do have smiling pussy in my future link list folder. I didnt have any samples (only have 1 sample right now) so I was putting it off.

I will give myself a "D" grade for my first submission. I didnt realize Persian kitty requires 30 pictures minimum and Jays XXX requires 40! I ended up taking them both off my list... I also didnt realize one of the link lists wants the category over the site name on the recips and a couple other things too

I was extremely nervous lol. I dont think Im cut out for free site submitting but Im obligated now. I went and bought a domain, got hosting, etc... JUST for this. I guess I will just keep at it, make my mistakes and live with them, get listed where I can and keep pushing forward. I decided a couple weeks ago this would be the path I took, now I just need to toughen up and do it.

Anyways, time to start my next site and modify my submit list for the next one.

Thanks Gary I do have Mr Yum on my list. He probably wont list my sites (for reasons we discussed in another thread) but Im hoping to wear him down eventually...

I decided free site building and submitting was going to be my job for now. Im not going to be doing anything else on the side. Just learning, building, working on my sites and ads and trying to get listed everywhere. I feel like if I just go half way with this I will be wasting my time and not getting the full potential. If I really put in the effort and work on my ads, work on getting to know the link list owners, getting a good reputation as a submitter, getting sales, etc... I will do pretty good (hopefully).

Yeah, I saw that. Jays wants 40 min and Persian Kitty wants 30 min. I had to take those 2 off my list. I personally think 20 is alot lol.
