Review my new link list

Sup folks.

I started a new link list and wanted to see if you guys can help me review it. I would appreciate constructive feedback good or bad.
I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post but here goes.

Also I am new to running a link list and wanted to see if any season pros here can give me some advice.
Especially on how to obtain some submissions.
Also if anyone wants to trade submit page links that would be great
